French helpdesk of GMP+ International launched on March 17

GMP+ International has launched a French helpdesk on March 17, which aim is to be able to answer the increasing number of questions about GMP+ Feed Safety Assurance (GMP+ FSA).

The GMP+ helpdesk communicates with all those asking questions in French in the French market.

Questions concerning the Feed Safety Assurance standard GMP+ FSA, the Feed Responsibility Assurance standard GMP+ FRA or general ones relating to beginning with GMP+ certification, can - as of March 17, 2014 - be asked via the mail address serviceclient.france@gmpplus.org or from 9 am to 12 pm via the French phone number  0800.300.576.

The number of French companies willing to comply with international standards for feed safety is increasing. GMP+ International offers a solution to that in the French market. After translation in French of the main GMP+ FSA documents, GMP+ wants to take the next step in France in supporting existing and new GMP+ FSA certified companies. That is why GMP+ has launched the French helpdesk.

With this French helpdesk, GMP+ International wants to increase the service provision to French feed companies. Moreover, based on this initiative, an evaluation will be made on the added value of such a service for a local market, and GMP+ International may initiate similar initiatives in other countries.
