Japan Agriculture ministry seeks 100,000 million tonnes wheat in tender
Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries will seek 100,000 tonnes of milling wheat in a buy tender to be held Thursday, a Tokyo-based trader said.
This will be MAFF's last weekly tender for the fiscal year ending March 31, the trader said.
MAFF will buy 80,000 tons of US wheat, 20,000 tonnes of Canadian wheat in addition to 20,000 tonnes of Australian food barley, all for shipments in May, the trader said.
