Kemin introduces new multi-substrate enzyme system

Press Release

Kemin has launched Kemzyme® Map, an innovative multi-substrate enzyme formulation to improve the digestibility of raw materials in animal feed.

It increases the nutrient level of the diets and animal performance which finally reduces the cost of production, the company said.

Unique features of Kemzyme® Map include the combination of NSP enzymes, multi-amylase and multi-protease in order to improve the digestibility of NSPs, starch and amino acid.

The product also combines fungal and bacterial enzymes to ensure activity in a wider pH range, besides allowing unique additive actions of multiple enzymes.

Kemzyme® Map helps animals to utilise more energy from feed by breaking down diverse sources of fibers, starch, protein and other trapped proteins and reducing viscosity of intestinal content.

It allows more flexible feed formulation and helps to reduce feed costs, contributing to the bottom line, Kemin said.
