US meat firm recalls meat products

 

 

Sparks, Nevada-based CaiE Foods Ltd. is recalling some 12,382 pounds of assorted Asian-style meat and poultry products because they were produced without the benefit of federal inspection, USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) said.

 

The following products are subject to recall:

 

  • Various size boxes of "CaiE Foods, ORIENTAL STYLE DUMPLING, Chicken with Vegetable, KEEP FROZEN." Boxes may bear the establishment number "P-40079" inside the USDA mark of inspection.

  • Various size boxes of "CaiE Foods, ORIENTAL STYLE DUMPLING, Pork with Vegetable, KEEP FROZEN," which may also be labeled "POTSTICKER, Pork with Vegetable Dumpling, Pre-Steamed, KEEP FROZEN." Boxes may bear the establishment number "EST. 40079" inside the USDA mark of inspection.

  • 8.8-pound boxes of "CaiE Foods, ORIENTAL STYLE STEAMED BUN, Filled with Pork and BBQ Sauce, KEEP FROZEN." Boxes may bear the establishment number "EST. 40079" inside the USDA mark of inspection.

  • 15-pound boxes of "CaiE Foods, Siu Mai Dumpling, Chicken, Pre-Steamed, KEEP FROZEN." Boxes may bear the establishment number "P-40079" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
15-pound boxes of "CaiE Foods, Siu Mai Dumpling, Pork with Shrimp, Pre-Steamed, KEEP FROZEN." Boxes may bear the establishment number "EST. 40079" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
