Lacklustre demand softens China lysine prices
Lysine prices moved lower during the week ending March 13.
Buyers were not keen to stockpile inventories as animal feed consumption remained slow.
Price quotes of 98.5-percent lysine were mainly in the range of RMB12.75-13.20/kg.
With hog prices down prominently, feed consumption is poised to stay weak.
