China Methionine Weekly: Weak improvement in demand fails to lift prices (week ended Mar 13, 2013)
Trade remained slow even though demand improved lately. Anticipating methionine prices to stay weak, feed millers limited purchases while feed consumption was sow amid low animal inventories. In Europe, price quotes for Q2 deliveries were at EUR3-3.03/kg.
