Chia Tai's broiler farm in China's Sichuan starts production

Chia Tai Group and the local governments of Qingyang and Pujiang had jointly invested RMB10 million in a new broiler farm in Pujiang district, Sichuan province.

Occupying an area of 6.3 hectares, the farm has a production capacity of one million broiler chickens per year. Construction of the farm had recently been completed and production is expected to begin by late March.

Chia Tai Group is the agribusiness company owned by Thailand-based Charoen Pokphand.
