China Lysine Weekly: Prominent fall in prices (week ended Mar 12, 2014)
Lysine prices slid significantly over the period in review as feed demand remained weak. Paltry returns have compelled several producers, including market leaders, to halt or reduce production. In January, China exported 21,057 tonnes of lysine, lower by 339 tonnes on-month.
