China's Wenzhou to spend RMB30.55 million for grain production
The municipal government of Wenzhou, a commercially fast-growing city in Zhejiang, east China, plans to allocate RMB30.55 million for grain production in 2009, posting an on-year increase of 25 percent.
The city will use the funds in ten aspects such as subsidization of large-scale grain producers and increasing the lowest rice purchase prices.
