China Whey Weekly: Market strengthens amid increased demand, tight supply (week ended Feb 28, 2014)
With the rise of temperatures, demand for piglet replenishment was seen to increase, which lifted up the demand for whey as well. Coupled with a depleting inventory, sales of whey increased over the week with prices gaining in some regions.
