More changes to Vietnam's shrimp anti-dumping tariff

The sixth preliminary results of administrative review (POR6) on Vietnamese frozen shrimp exported to the US from February, 2010 to January, 2011 has been announced by the US Department of Commerce (DOC).

Accordingly, the new anti-dumping tariff on the Minh Phu and Nha Trang Seafood companies will fall to 0%, while Camimex will pay 0.8% and others will be liable for 1.03%.

This is the third adjustment of anti-dumping tariffs on Vietnamese shrimp so far.

US regulations state that import businesses must pay their taxes in advance based on the previous administrative review and taxes will be collected when a new administrative review is announced.
