Global animal health company Alltech has announced its end-of-year results for 2008, with the results indicating continuous growth despite of the credit crisis.
Revenue for the year-end was US$417 million, up 17 percent from 2007.
Alltech Vice President for Asia-Pacific, Steve Bourne, attributed the growth to good employee and product performance, and he said Alltech is on its way of reaching it goal of boosting its brand to the next level in the animal health and nutrition industry.
Alltech's strong performance represents many significant advances in the company throughout the year. In the Asia-Pacific region, sales of nutritional solutions continue to grow.
Alltech is privately owned and is one of the fastest growing companies in the animal feed industry.
