Vietnam Mekong Delta Jan-Feb seafood exports up 54%

Enterprises in the Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu earned US$23.9 million from seafood exports in the first two months of this year, up 54% from a year earlier.

Shrimp was the key export item with revenues of US$22.7 million, up 56% against previous year.

Currently, Bac Lieu is home to 16 seafood export processing companies.
