China Imported 6,232 Tons of Methionine in January 2004

According to China's General Administration of Customs, China imported a total of 6,232 tons of methionine in January 2004, down by 1,632 tons or 21% from 7,864 tons in the same period last year.

Of the total January import volume, 932 tons are from Japan, 2,240 tons from United States, 11560 tons from Belgium, 900 tons from Germany, 480 tons from France, and 120 tons from Spain. See the table below.
