Stable to higher sulphate additives prices in China
Cupric sulphate
Feed millers increased the procurements of cupric sulphate, albeit cautiously, hence lifting prices modestly during the period in review.
Cupric sulphate prices are expected to stay around current levels.
Zinc sulphate
One producer of zinc sulphate halted operation of late for routine maintenance. This, in conjunction with the low availability of raw ingredients, tightened the supplies of the product, and lifted prices as a result.
Prices of zinc sulphate are seen firm with supplies limited.
Manganese sulphate
Even though the demand remained flat, higher production costs pushed up the prices of manganese sulphate.
With the prices of manganese ore on rising trends, manganese sulphate producers will hold prices firm in the coming period.
Ferrous sulphate
Ferrous sulphate producers lowered prices in a bid to promote sales while demand showed no signs of improving.
Ferrous sulphate prices are seen stable to lower.
