Kernel to purchase Allseeds Group

The Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine has allowed Kernel Holding SA to purchase Allseeds Group on February 25, 2010.

Kernel said the approval will allow the company to complete all optional agreements signed with Allseeds.

The agreements include the purchase of the controlling stakes of the group of companies Allseeds for US$42 million, and 37.6% of shares of minority shareholders.
