Thai shrimp prices stable with possible 20-30% fall in production in 2014 (week ended Feb 20, 2014)
Thai cultivated shrimp production in the past five years has been falling by about 15.14% on average every year, particularly since the last quarter of 2012, which continued into the whole of 2013. Some shrimp farmers have switched from farming vannamei shrimp to black tiger shrimp.
