South Korea Bans US Poultry

South Korea has officially banned poultry imports from United States following confirmation of a highly pathogenic bird flu strain in Texas.

On Feb. 7, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry halted the process of quarantining U.S. poultry imports as a provisional measure to ban their shipment after bird flu was reported in the state of Delaware.
