Taiwan's BSPA buys 60,000 tonnes soybean from Marubeni
Taiwan's Breakfast Soybean Procurement Association (BSPA) in Kaohsiung bought 60,000 tonnes of Brazil soybeans from trading house Marubeni in a tender concluded Friday, said a BSPA official.
BSPA Kaohsiung bought one cargo of 60,000 tonnes of soybeans at 122.75 US cents a bushel over the Chicago Board of Trade's May contract, the official said.
The price is after cost and freight.
The cargo is to be shipped April 1-15 from the port of Santos, or any port north of Santos, to the port of Kaohsiung, the official said.
