Oman bans poultry imports
On Feb 19, Oman imposed a ban on the import of poultry and wild birds along with their derivatives and products from a number of countries, reported local media.
Omani Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Shaikh Salem bin Hilal Al Khalili announced the ban prohibiting poultry imports from Egypt, India, France, Austria, Slovakia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Germany.
