Yuhe International achieves revenue of US$19 million in Q4 2008

Yuhe International Inc. has announced its preliminary unaudited results for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2008 with revenue of US$17 to US$19 million.

Yuhe International Inc., a leading supplier of day-old chickens raised for meat production, or broilers, is based in China.

In the fourth quarter of 2008, Yuhe generated full year pro forma revenue of approximately US$34.8 million to US$36.8 million. The net income for the quarter was approximately US$7.5 million to US$8.0 million.

The preliminary unaudited results for the fiscal year 2008 are based on the consolidated unaudited results of Weifang Yuhe Poultry Co. Ltd and Weifang Taihong Feed Co. Ltd, two of the company's operating subsidiaries.
