One-stop event for meat, eggs, dairy and fish production in India

VIV India, organised by VNU Exhibitions and the Confederation of Indian Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association (CLFMA), will take place at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) in Bangalore, India during April 23rd - 25th 2014.
The three-day event will see international and Indian suppliers present feed milling technology and equipment, animal feed and feed additives, animal health products, breeding and housing solutions, meat products, meat processing, packaging and logistics and other services for the poultry, fish, dairy and pig sectors.
Apart from local exhibitors, international exhibitors at VIV India this year include Alltech, Andritz Feed and Biofuel A/S, BIOMIN, Buhler Group, DSM, Jiangsu Muyang, Lesaffre, Lipidos Toledo, Moba and Ottevanger, among others. In the last edition in 2012, 150 exhibitors from 18 countries brought in 7,017 visitors from India and overseas.
This year, special pavilions will be developed to highlight the need for investments in two of the most important segments within the feed to meat value chain. They are the CropTech-FeedTech Pavilion, which will focus on technology for feed manufacturing; and the Processing Pavilion, which will highlight technology for the processing of meat, eggs and dairy produce.
From April 20th to 22nd, the Animal Nutrition Society of India will host the Global Animal Nutrition Conference (GLANCE) in association with CLFMA and VIV India. GLANCE 2014 will focus on "Climate resilient livestock feeding systems for global food security". The conference will feature recent developments in the field of animal nutrition and its role in promoting nutritional security, livelihoods, profitability and environmental sustainability in a global context.
On April 22nd, one day before the exhibition, the VIV India Summit will take place, focusing on trends, developments and technical best practices through the themes of breeding, animal health and nutrition, processing and CropTech-FeedTech. Concurrent with VIV India, the 2nd Global Milling Conference during April 23rd - 24th will bring participants together to review the Indian milling industry from a milling and processing point-of-view.
