Argentina's 2006/07 wheat sales at 8.64 million tonnes

Argentina's 2006/07 wheat sales totalled 8.64 million tonnes as of Feb 9, according to the Agriculture Secretariat's latest data.

By this time last year, Argentina had sold 4.575 million tonnes of 2005/06 wheat.

The Secretariat provided the following information for 2005/06 and 2004/05 wheat sales in thousands of tonnes by destination.
