The acquisition of Irvine, Texas-based Trinity Valley Foods and its two production facilities was announced by Brakebush Brothers, a move that will broaden its chicken line.

Westfield, Wisconsin-based Brakebush specialises in fully cooked value-added chicken products for foodservice, chain and industrial markets. Trinity Valley Foods is a further-processor of raw, sized, marinated and ready-to-cook chicken products. The acquired company's customer base consists of national and regional restaurant chains, which could provide new markets for Brakebush products.
