Agreement on swine research
 

Schothorst Feed Research, Lelystad, the Netherlands signed an agreement with Prairie Swine Centre, Saskatoon, Canada for a research on swine nutrition.

The agreement, according to Dr Patience, president of the Prairie Swine Centre, would enhance the effectiveness to communicate research data to various industry stakeholders including pork producers and the feed industry.

The cooperative effort would initially, focus on the evaluation of feed ingredients and the nutritional requirements for various classes of swine.
