Argentina's 2006/07 wheat sales at 8.58 million tonnes

Argentina's 2006/07 wheat sales totalled 8.58 million tonnes as of Feb 2, according to the Agriculture Secretariat's latest data.

By this time last year Argentina had sold 4.37 million tonnes of 2005/06 wheat.

The Secretariat provided the following information for 2005/06 and 2004/05 wheat sales in thousands of tonnes by destination.
