Qingyuan district exports feed-grade sodium selenite for the first time

Headquartered in Guangdong, Vital Materials Co., Limited, exported a batch of feed-grade sodium selenite to Hong Kong recently. The 5,000 kg cargo was valued at US$9750, and was the first such export made in Qingyuan.

Trace element, sodium selenium, has been gaining popularity during the recent years, and has been proven to promote the growth of livestock and enhance their immunity when used as feed additives.

Vital Materials specialises in rare metals, and is the largest producer of selenium and tellurium materials. Though the company has been exporting industrial-grade sodium selenite, it has only started exporting feed-grade sodium selenite recently, and is the first registered and approved company to do so in Qingyuan.
