Vostermans introduces fan ventilation unit for agricultural use
Vostermans Ventilation has introduced the Multifan Intelligent Fan Drive, a ventilation machinery which can be used for agricultural applications.
By employing a patented technology based on frequency control, the fan drive saves more energy through accurate speed control of three-phase fans, using real-time motor data. This function is further supported with an innovative FAST™ software which helps to manage motor operation in the most efficient way, even at minimal ventilation conditions.
The fan drive also features automatic calibration of the motor fan and can be easily installed.
In addition, lower operating temperature in the motor results in a longer operation span while the sturdy IP67 housing offers optimal protection and durability in an aggressive environment.
According to Vostermans, farm trial results have shown more than 80% of energy savings through the use of the Multifan Intelligent Fan Drive compared to traditional triac controllers.
