ANV's 2011 net profit reaches US$5 million

Nam Viet Seafood JSC (ANV) said its net profit reached to VND97.37 billion (US$4.66 million), surged 13.3 times from a year earlier to last year.

Revenues rose 15.7% on year to VND1.55 trillion (US$74.2 million) in 2011, ANV said in its quarterly financial report.

In the fourth quarter, ANV earned a net profit of VND41.88 billion (US$2 million) on revenues of VND463.67 billion (US$22.2 million), up 2.5 times and 23.6% on year, respectively.
 

The seafood firm's total assets were VND2.2 trillion (US$105 million), including equity of VND1.38 trillion (US$66.1 million) at end-2011.
