Taiwan MFIG to seek up to 60,000 MT US corn

Taiwan's Members Feed Industry Group will seek 40,000-60,000 metric tons of US No. 2 yellow corn in a buy tender to be held at 0630 GMT Thursday, according to a Taipei-based trader on Wednesday.

MFIG will buy one cargo of US No. 2 corn with a moisture level of 14.5%, the trader said.

The cargo is set to be shipped either between March 23-April 13 from the US Gulf, or between April 7-28 from the Pacific Northwest.
