Danone may invest US$12 million in its Ukrainian operations

An investment of up to EUR9 million (US$12.2 million) is being considered to be put in by leading European yoghurt maker Danone in its Ukrainian operations this year.
This is a third more than the French dairy giant spent in 2012. The latest funds will go to help the development of dairy farms and co-operatives as well as in improving the company's own production quality and product range.
