CBH gains approval on grain storage lot
CBH was officially approved by the Esperance Shire to purchase one of three "super lots" at the newly developed Shark Lake Industrial Park in Esperance which costs US$2.2 million.
The lot currently contains infrastructure and grain storage facilities, which is alongside a lot for the Esperance Port Authority and other lots yet to be sold by the shire.
Mick Daw, CBH Esperance zone manager, said storage bins have already existed on the lot for the last four years under a lease, but will now be owned by CBH.
Daw added that the recent deal will give clients in Australia's Esperance region greater security.
