Ukrainian agriculture pushes back its growth

Ukraine agricultural production index of 2010 against 2009 equalled 99% and agricultural enterprises were at 99.2%, according to the Ukrainian State Statistics Committee's preliminary information.

The crop production index of 2010 against 2009 was 95.4%, including 93.3% at agricultural enterprises.

According to preliminary summaries, the 2010 total output of key crops includes the following: total cereals at 39226.7 kmt, with soy at 1680.1 kmt.
