Marel improves services to Japanese poultry processors

Marel Stork Poultry Processing B.V., who took over Taiko Industry in 2008, is now executing a programme to further improve the services to the Japanese poultry processors.

Casper Beeker, General Manager of Marel Japan said, "We are now able to directly import and supply our solutions into the Japanese poultry processing market. This means customers are in direct contact with the producers of the Stork Poultry Processing equipment, without intermediary."

To underline this important change in its position in the Japanese market, Marel Stork decided to change the name of Taiko Industry into Marel Japan Co. Ltd.
