On January 1, 2010, Norel & Nature has appointed Juan Jose Mallo as its new technical director.

An agronomic engineer, Mallo graduated from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) in Spain.

Prior to joining Norel in 2007 as Technical Manager for monogastrics, he was Project Manager in a research centre in the Netherlands. He has conducted experiments in swine, broiler and hen nutrition, and is experienced in the industry.

Mallo also has extended experience in applied research in the area of animal nutrition.
