Avitech appoints Business Manager - International Sales

Avitech has announced the appointment of Baldev Singh as Business Manager - International Sales who will control sales and marketing operations in South-east Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Baldev Singh passed his primary education from Uganda (East Africa) under University of Cambridge London and is a graduate from India. He has been exposed to various management skills from prestigious management institutes.
Singh has 25 years of experience with Hoechst Roussel Vet (Now Intervet India Pvt. Limited) where he worked at various portfolios and departments with key focus on livestock health and management.
He has also worked with rural and urban farming communities educating them on various aspects of livestock farming and management, as well as on various important projects in disease outbreaks and crisis management.
His major focus now is to concentrate on the international sales and marketing operations of Avitech.
Singh has to his credit successfully launched various products in different markets and segments of farm life, and now has the opportunity to launch Avitech in the international arena.
Speaking on the occasion of launching Avitech in Bangladesh, Baldev Singh informed about the company's participation in the Bangladeshi poultry market and stressed the need for improving the economics of raising broilers. This involves not only raising broiler performance, but also improving production parameters of breeders for a profitable strategy.
