Jordan purchases 100,000 tonnes feed barley
For the same volume which closed on Thursday (Jan 19), Jordan's state grains buyer has purchased 100,000 tonnes of feed barley in a tender, European traders said.
Price for all the grain was US$298.80 a tonne c&f.
Some 50,000 tonnes was purchased for shipment in the second half of February and the other 50,000 tonnes was for shipment in the second half of March.
Traders thought the grain was likely to come from the Black Sea region.
