FOODCRAFT, Sanovo Technology Group's manufacturing arm for poultry processing equipment, has introduced a new version of electrical powered FOODCRAFT Leg Processor.
The FOODCRAFT Leg Processor with Leg Splitter, which removes whole legs from the saddle to produce dark oyster, has been in production for over 20 years.
FOODCRAFT is now introducing this same machine technology in a new 2012 version which is electrically powered. This gives the customer a choice between the original hydraulically powered offering and a totally electronic unit.
The use of servotype motors allows the customer to adjust speeds independently and simultaneously.
The touch screen control, which is available in several different languages, is easily accessible and has a variety of options and information that can be custom designed to meet particular needs.
In addition, FOODCRAFT offers the service to convert existing hydraulic Leg Processors to electronic, which will remove the potential for product contamination from hydraulic oil. This also provides greater flexibility and will eliminate piping, associated pumps and motors, among others.
