Lysine prices firmed up amid stronger demands after the New Year holidays, as the hog market remained buoyant. Producers and traders reported that more end-users were making price enquiries of late in preparation for pre-Chinese New Year stockpiling. In Europe, prices of lysine were at EUR1.93-1.95/kg.
