As part of efforts to offer a higher level of service and support for customers in the US and Canada, Big Dutchman promotes Terry Pollard to senior vice president of egg systems, and Steve Walcott  to vice president of egg system sales.

With a larger involvement with corporate management, Pollard’s key responsibilities include providing innovative equipment and systems to the marketplace, handling manpower requirements, and working with industry leaders and organisations to help strengthen the company's position in the commercial egg industry.

Walcott will be responsible for the sales organisation and aviary technical support group, which handles all equipment and systems needs for the commercial egg industry including the specialty egg market, as well as pullet growing facilities.

Walcott holds a degree in mechanical engineering and has been serving with Big Dutchman for a decade, where he previously managed the company's technical field services for a similar business segment.
