As of January 1, DSM has appointed Christos Antipatis as Regional Manager NBD/A for Asia Pacific & China, to replace Ian Partridge who had retired at the end of 2008.
Christos Antipatis, previously Product and Alliance Manager feed enzymes, has transferred to Singapore and is reporting to Georg Kau, vice president of New Business Development (NBD).
In this role, Antipatis will also assume overall responsibility for the integrated technical marketing for ANH (Animal Nutrition & Health) in Asia Pacific & China, similar to the current structure in all regions within ANH.
Christos has a PhD in Animal Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen and has worked as a research scientist for the Rowett Research Institute in Scotland. He joined RochelDSM in July 2001 as Global lndustry Segment Manager Swine.
In March 2005, Christos assumed the additional responsibility for product management of RONOZYME P and joined NBD/A in 2006. In that role, he was the Novozymes Alliance Manager for feed enzymes, leading the successful launch of DSM's new phytase and the growth of the NSP portfolio.
