South Korea's MFG buys 110,000 tonnes of corn
South Korea's Major Feedmill Group has bought 110,000 tonnes of optional-origin feed corn from trading houses ADM and Wilmar in private negotiations, a Seoul-based trader said Monday.
The first shipment of 55,000 tonnes will be supplied at US$135.25/tonne cost and freight for US-origin corn and US$130.25/tonne cost and freight for China-origin corn.
This shipment is expected to arrive at the South Korean port of Inchon on Apr 20.
The second shipment of 55,000 tonnes will be supplied at US$135.50/tonne cost and freight for US-origin corn and US$130.50/tonne cost and freight for China-origin corn.
This shipment is expected to arrive at the South Korean port of Kunsan on Apr 20.
