BASF Increases Prices For Its Lutavit Brand Vitamins In North America
BASF's Animal Nutrition business will increase prices by 7 percent for Lutavit® vitamins A, B2, D and E for all customers in North America, as contracts allow, effective immediately.
BASF says the price increases are due to higher costs for raw materials, changes in currency exchange rates, and costs to implement new regulatory and security requirements.
BASF is a leading global supplier of nutritional ingredients for animal nutrition. The company produces and markets a broad range of vitamins, enzymes, amino and organic acids, carotenoids, and blended ingredient mixes.
