China Whey Weekly: Prices stagnant amid flat demand (week ended Jan 13, 2013)
Whey prices remained stagnant even though import costs from the US surged further. Trade was light as large feed millers halted procurements of late after stockpiling sufficient inventories. Nonetheless, traders stood firm amid low inventory pressure.
