Slower methionine price slide in China
Prices of methionine were mostly lower during the week ending January 13.
Price quotes of imported dl-methionine were mainly around RMB39/kg.
Methionine prices weakened further but showed signs of stabilising in some regions as sellers were reluctant to negotiate prices with profits greatly slashed over the past several weeks
In the coming weeks, prices of methionine are seen stable to higher.
