Sanovo Technology Group has announced the release of a new generation of OptiLoaders, which feature a range of plus features for its 12 and 18 row OptiLoaders.

Besides enhanced capacity, a new stack in-feed system is introduced in the new edition for accurate alignment in the de-stacker module, based on a dual speed belt in-feed.

Also featured is a new handling system for more stable and gentle stacking of empty trays, as well as an energy-efficient vacuum system which provides better hold of the eggs. Other new installations include a retaining system for stuck eggs and a CIP recycling system.

The loaders are available in Combi versions (in-line/off-line) for the grading industry. With the combi versions, it is possible to operate with a number of rows on the in-feed table to be filled from the accumulator and the rest by the loader.

In addition, the special swing arm construction ensures a synchronised speed between the eggs in the suction cups and the spools on the roller in-feed conveyor.
