Tey Brothers invests US$13.9 million on beef plant
Tey Brothers, the largest beef packers in South Australia (SA), is spending US$13.9 million on their plant at the south-eastern SA region, Naracoorte.
The plant will increase production of slaughtering and boning from 500 to 750 cattle daily.
The company also operates three large beef plants in Queensland, catering for domestic and export markets.
The renovations will be completed by August 2009.
