Danish Crown announces joint ownership of Hatting-KS

Danish Agro, Vestjyllands Andel and Danish Crown are to embark on a joint ownership agreement.
Danish Agro, Vestjyllands Andel and Danish Crown are seeking to improve Hatting-KS through a new joint ownership entity.
Via their joint subsidiary Vilomix Holding A/S, Danish Agro and Vestjyllands Andel are buying 60% of the shares in Hatting-KS, the largest European supplier of boar semen.
Danish Crown retains a 40% stake in the company, while Tican has decided to sell its 8% of its shareholding.
The new agreement is awaiting final approval by the Danish competition authorities.
