Changes in the world broiler
The world poultry market is shifting gears and changing direction. For one thing, after growing at a 6% to 7% pace in the 1990s and by 3% to 4% in recent years, world broiler exports are only growing at a 1% to 2% annual rate in both 2013 and 2014.
