China Lysine Weekly: Pre-festive preparation holds market stable (week ended Jan 3, 2013)
Feed millers stocked inventories in anticipation of increasing demand for feed with the approach of Chinese New Year. Hence, stable demand helped to underpin lysine prices even as soymeal market weakened. In Europe, prices of lysine stayed at EUR1.93-1.95/kg.
